The WestEnd City Center has won numerous international and national awards since its opening.

THE CEPIF & INTERNATIONAL HERALD TRIBUNE CEE BEST DEVELOPER AWARD

TriGranit Development Corporation was again successful in the CEE Awards competition where representatives from all sectors of the property market voted for the nominees, for the Best Developer Awards. TriGranit won in two categories: The "Best Retail Developer in the CEE" Award received for the WestEnd City Center and the "Best Hotel Developer in the CEE" Award for the Hilton Budapest WestEnd.

 

FIABCI Prix d'Excellence 2001.

Retail Category
This award is regarded as a great acknowledgement in the real estate industry. It also has a very important practical aspect for Hungary, as it proved the countries ability to compete and be victorious in this sector of economy as well.

In the round of balloting, projects from Singapore, Australia and England were WestEnd City Center's competition, so we can be very proud on this achievment.

 

Maxi Award of Merit 2000

"Grand Opening" category The celebration of the opening of WestEnd City Center was a spectacular event and received ICSC's (International Council of Shopping Centers) Marketing Award.

 

ICSC Development Commendation 2000

(International Council of Shopping Centers) The ICSC awarded WestEnd City Center as an exceptionally successful major mixed-use city center regeneration project

 

FIABCI Hungary - Award 2000.

With this award, the Hungarian Chapter of FIABCI honored WestEnd City Center. The winner of this award is automatically nominated for the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence Award of the following year.

 

Best of Budapest 1999.- Best Shopping Center

The Budapest Week, Hungary's English language weekly newspaper, honored WestEnd City Center with this award.
