Services for our visitors with physical disabilities
Those with physical disabilities can rent scooter-like vehicles called “Go West” in WestEnd City Center. These are available at the WestEnd Information and Card Points located at the Ferdinand Gate. Go West is free of charge for two hours and makes it easy to visit the entire building.
Please help Go West users. Take care of them and be patient.
Help them find their way and to do their shopping. We ask you kindly to help those in these small vehicles to move to the tables of the restaurant units. We believe that your cooperation can help deliver the message to those with mobility problems who feel forced to stay at home. We hope we can also help them enjoy the beauties of life and of WestEnd.
Further useful information
- Go West carts can also be used by our visitors with temporary mobility disorders (e.g. a broken leg) and those with age-related physical impairments.
- Go West carts can be used for two hours free of charge.
