What is a WestEnd Card?

 

The WestEnd Card came to life with the joining of owners, operators, retailers and partners of WestEnd City Center.

A special status is provided by the card; it distinguishes its owner from the crowd and rewards her/him with special attention. Main message of the WestEnd Card is attention and thanking for the faithfulness

 

Within the WestEnd Card Program, WestEnd Cardholders are the first to learn about sales in WestEnd shops, and respectively programs and events of WestEnd. They receive discounts and special offers in designated WestEnd shops, and participate in a special, experiences based, benefit scheme (loyalty).

 

With reference to notions under the benefit scheme and based on the frequency and value of their purchases, WestEnd cardholders receive benefits and gifts, such as name-day and birthday surprises, interesting and unique cultural and leisure programs, inland and abroad vacations, airplane tickets, valuable cars.

 

The WestEnd Card is not a payment instrument, and no financial transactions could be carried out with it. Upon presenting it, the card may be used for taking advantage of discounts offered by shops, and for purposes of registering purchases and programs associated use the card is identified by a magnetic strip.

 

How can a customer obtain a WestEnd Card?

 

All WestEnd customers, who make a purchase in one amount over the value of HUF 20,000 in any WestEnd shop, may apply for a card at any of the WestEnd Card and Information Desks located at several locations in the Shopping Center.

 

After filling out the application form we provide each customer with a numbered WestEnd Card carrying an identification code to the customer (magnetic strip), and also a guide-book to the card.

 

Following this at any time, when a purchase in one amount over the value of HUF 2,000 is made in any WestEnd shop the customer may register his/her purchase at any of the WestEnd Card and Information Desks before leaving the Shopping Center.

 

Registration of a purchase means that the customer presents the receipt/invoice of the purchase received in the shop together with the WestEnd Card to our college at any of the WestEnd Card and Information desks.

 

Based on a personal code on the card the purchase data of a customer is registered in a closed, strictly controlled computer data-base, where the number and sum of purchases is being added continuously.

 

In addition to compliments WestEnd cardholders receive valuable gifts based on the number and value of their purchases.

 

From our customers, but only out of WestEnd cardholders will be those, who may win valuable inland wellness weekends, airplane tickets, exotic abroad vacations, or cars.
